As Chief Marketing Technologist for Client Solutions at IO Integration (IOI), David Parker is responsible for IOI’s content, digital/multi-channel marketing business solutions and consulting growth in North America and the UK. An excellent general manager of c-level business & marketing technology and strategies, David excels at delivering high value innovative technologies that drive business growth in globally competitive environments. He has a unique understanding of digital business+marketing+sales strategies in complex matrix companies and a focus on driving change through “simplicity” for rapid technology adoption, engagement and revenue growth.

Prior to joining IO Integration, David served as SVP/Global Dir. of Business Technology/Agency Automation at McCann WorldGroup (MWG), an IPG global marketing services company. At MWG, David owned and deployed business-critical global marketing automation solutions including: social business enterprise engagement, CRM, digital analytics, performance, business process management and workflow solutions including creative and multi-channel technologies. He also has strong a global CIO background across a multitude of SMAC/ERP systems, experience in vendor management, business continuity, budgets, logistics and global business technology management.

Previously, he was the Founder/CEO of Pelagon, a leading provider of “cloud-based” marketing automation and workflow software for the M&E sector.

David holds a Master’s degree in (Electronic Engineering) in Information Technology, from Univ. College London, Univ. of London, England.
